Description: As coaches, we are in situations where we coach one-on-one, facilitate group interaction, lead workshops and teach others coaching skills. It is important as coaches to have many tools and approaches in our toolkits so we can customize our work to different situations and audiences. Claire Billingsley is a coach, speaker and educator. She uses her Newfield coaching certification along with her 20+ years in the franchise world and 10+ years’ experience as a performer and instructor with improv comedy to bring a new, light way to open up audiences, capture their attention, and drive home her message. Claire is an author of “Circle Up”, which is about bringing improvisational comedy to the workplace to increase productivity. Her radio show, “Biz Talk” is heard all over the world every Tuesday on “Biz Talk”, where she speaks with entrepreneurs who also give back to the community. Claire was named one of the top 25 Women to Watch by the Dallas Business Journal in 2010, and is currently the Chairman of the Board for the Professional Leadership Program at The University of North Texas, College of Business.
