About this event

Adrian Wood, our speaker, will focus on "Relationships - 5 things to look for in your team."

Join us to hear how assessing individuals is only the first step in understanding the complex dynamics of team environments. The task of coaching employees within the team context provides an opportunity to achieve greater personal effectiveness and overall team performance.

During the session we will discuss the behavioral dynamics of teams and understand how team performance is affected by:

Differences in behavioral working styles
The natural formation of subgroups
The overall team bias and balance
Introduction of new team members
Team conflict

Understanding these key areas will provide you with the opportunity to coach individuals within teams to higher levels of performance.
