A Discussion About How the Book Has Been an Effective Tool for Coaching Clients

Nicholas Dillon is the CEO of Believe Wellness Center in the Dallas area. He is a degreed professional with a MA and MS in Adult Education and Counseling. He has completed Post Graduate Doctoral Certificate In Behavioral Psychology. Dillon is part of the John C Maxwell Leadership team of Coaches and Trainers and completed his ICF Coaching training with the Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program in 2020. Nicholas has spent many years as a senior Corporate leader in the training and development space before branching out on his own.  Now, Dillon is a best-selling author and international speaker. He has been written up in many publications including The Business Journal, Fast Company, and Huffington Post. He is being honored this month with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for his dedication to community service, mentorship and helping his clients get their beliefs in alignment with their purpose.

Program Description:

In an evolving workplace landscape, many professionals continue to pivot, shift, and change based on their ability to remain competitive in the today’s marketplace. Embracing differences, exploring curiosities, and increased self-awareness of our own mindset and beliefs are a large part of achieving new and even greater success and performance. Nicholas Dillon will talk about how our beliefs and mindset play a big part of shifting the narrative of leadership development, employment engagement, and coaching along with regular feedback.
