October Board Message – Kim Spikes

When I joined ICF-North Texas last year, I went to my very first event thinking I’d meet a few people and maybe learn a thing or two. Instead, I left as the entire Sponsorship Committee, party of one. Thankfully, Susan Daniels and Corinna Hagen soon joined me, saving me from talking to myself at meetings.

From that point on, I was all in, attending my first board meeting, engaging with amazing members, and feeling instantly part of a community that cheers you on and has your back.

One way to support and strengthen our community is through our Sponsorships program. It connects members with valuable products and services, often at a discount, while helping us keep event costs low. It also allows us to host free gatherings, like this year's International Coaching Week celebration at SMU.

Welcome New Members!

We are so happy you have joined us.

Fort Worth Welcomes ICF Southeast Region Leadership Conference: Connectedness, Community, and the Future of Coaching

The Southeast Regional Conference of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) was held in Fort Worth on September 24-26. As always, this event was an energizing opportunity for chapter leaders to come together around the theme of Connectedness, Community, and the Future of Coaching. As leaders, we explored how to maintain the human connection at the heart of coaching in today’s rapidly evolving world, where artificial intelligence and new technologies are reshaping how we live and work.

At the kick-off reception, ICF-North Texas chapter board and past presidents welcomed chapter leaders from SE Region states, where seven current and past ICF-NT chapter presidents shared brief insights into ICF-NT's enduring success that contributed to our remarkable four-time ICF recognition as Outstanding Chapter. Pictured from left are Natalie Mendez (president elect), Dara Rossi (president), Steve Hendon (past president), Staci Witten, Tim Kincaid, Mike Caracalas, and Alma Weaver Jones.
