The Evolving Impact of Coaching: A 30-Year Retrospective and Look Ahead

This panel discussion will celebrate three decades of coaching excellence by exploring the significant challenges and opportunities that have shaped the industry. We will bring together a diverse group of four subject matter experts—a representative from Human Resources, a Change Management leader, a Health and Wellness Coach, and an Executive Coach.

Each panelist will offer a five-minute opening perspective that looks back at where we've been and forward to where we're going. They will provide insight into how their respective fields have leveraged coaching to drive organizational and personal growth. They will also share their unique viewpoints on the current landscape and future trends, consistent with the incredible impact of coaching over the last 30 years.

Following the opening remarks, a moderated Q&A session will begin with questions provided by the organizing committee before moving to a dynamic exchange with questions from the audience. This interactive format will allow for a comprehensive understanding of coaching's past, present, and future influence on leadership, corporate culture, and individual well-being.
