Our email blast and newsletter are sent to approximately 1,100 subscribers, and our total social media follower count is 2,708 followers (w/ duplicates) across four platforms.

What social media platforms do you advertise on?

We post ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

What size should I deliver the ad graphic in?

All ads are the same size: 1080x1080 / 72 DPI

What types of ad formats do you accept?

We accept image-based ads (JPEG & PNG) with a call-to-action and link.

We recommend keeping it under 100 words for maximum engagement.

Distribution Schedule

How frequently is your newsletter sent?

Our newsletter is distributed on the first Monday of each month.

When do social media ads go out?

The 2nd week of the month.

When do email blasts go out?

It varies. We will send the emails with an ad in the 3rd or 4th week.

Do you offer tracking for newsletter ads?

How much does advertising cost?

How do I submit my ad materials?

You can submit materials via sponsorships@icf-nt.com.

What is the deadline for submitting an ad?

All ad materials must be submitted by the 15th of the month preceding the scheduled placement.

Can I get a preview of my ad before it goes live?

Yes, we can provide a preview upon request.
