I’m an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Leadership Development professional who believes success isn’t just about what you achieve — it’s about how you feel along the way. With more than 20 years of leadership experience at companies like Southwest Airlines, Oracle, and RSM McGladrey, I’ve seen the inside of leadership: the challenges it brings and the incredible opportunities it creates when you’re supported to thrive — inside and out.
Through Mendez Coaching, I partner with individuals and teams who are ready to grow with purpose, strengthen their leadership, and build success without sacrificing their well-being. I specialize in helping clients deepen self-awareness, build resilience, take bold action, and create environments where connection, inclusion, and appreciation thrive.

Reeshemah Davis, ACC
Reeshemah L. Davis is the Founder & Principal Consultant of EMBOLDEN Action, utilizing over 24 years of senior executive leadership experience to create powerful and inclusive executive and leadership coaching. Working collaboratively with organizational leaders to create sustainable change is a passion for Reeshemah.
She holds various leadership assessment certifications, such as Myers Briggs®, Gallup-Certified Strengths, and Leadership Circle Profile 360. Reeshemah earned an advanced degree from California State University, Sacramento. She has volunteered for the ICF North Texas DEIB Committee and has worked on Chapter governance projects.

Rory Brannum, ACC
Rory Brannum is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He has over 29 years of non-profit experience, including 5 years of field service in the Middle East and over 15 years at the board level.
Prior to becoming a coach, he owned a promotional marketing company for 12 years and was formerly the co-founder of a high-volume HIV specialty pharmacy in Los Angeles.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and his Wellness Coach training from the Mayo Clinic. He received his Life and Leadership Coach training from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. In addition, he is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Rory has been a member of ICF-North Texas since 2022 and has served on the Membership Committee since joining the chapter.

Tara Hesson, ACC
Tara Hesson is a leadership development coach and consultant who founded Hesson Talent Solutions, LLC, a firm focused on helping individuals, teams, and organizations enhance performance and unlock potential. With over 30 years of experience, she has a proven track record in talent development, coaching, and consulting across various industries. Her compassionate, collaborative, and creative approach builds solid relationships and ensures clients feel supported and understood.
Tara holds a BBA from Abilene Christian University, an MBA from Angelo State University, and an MS in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an ACC-accredited coach with the ICF and has been a member of the ICF-NT chapter since 2020.

Dara Rossi, PCC
Dara Rossi has been a member of ICF North Texas for 6 years.
She has joyfully served the chapter members in several roles including Director of Alliances, LINC Book Club facilitator, LINC Digital Marketing special interest group co-facilitator, and worked on the Membership team, all with the singular focus of elevating coaches and the profession.
Dara founded Workplace Joy Coaching and Consulting to support clients’ success, impact, and fulfillment.
She specializes in leadership coaching and enjoys working with leaders from all levels, and she is certified in the EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments.
She has experience in working with individuals and teams in business, technology, medical, education, consulting, engineering, hospitality, retail, and non-profit sectors.
In addition to coaching, training, and consulting, Dara teaches graduate leadership university courses.

Sheryl Chacko
As the President of Innovative Engagement, LLC, I’m an executive coach and speaker that is passionate about helping professionals create a culture with collaborative relationships, integrity and trust. We do this by helping individuals and corporations access their emotional intelligence and develop their strengths to realize measurable results. Before becoming a coach, I spent almost 20 years as a global Fortune 500 technology and change management consultant. I saw many corporate cultures and identified the kinds of environments that inspire and excite people to come to work each day.
I am also a speaker and experienced facilitator for organizations looking to grow and develop their teams. I have: - 20+ years of leadership experience with both commercial and functional roles with Fortune 500 organizations across aviation, healthcare, financial services, and energy industries.
Experience leading global teams through external and internal disruptions, redesigning business processes and realigning teams to reflect enterprise culture and values. -Successfully led significant transformations and strategic initiatives, effectively managing the people side of change through implementation of new technology and innovations. My purpose is to help people find their value and significance, reach their potential, and live a happier, purpose-driven, more fulfilled life.

Nicholas Dillon
Nicholas Dillon is a Mindset & Recovery Coach with 25 years of experience in Organizational Training and Development. He is currently working towards his PCC status with ICF and is a Master Level Trainer, #1 Bestselling Author, and International Professional Speaker. Dillon has spent 10 years consulting and working in the DEI space to support clients with business model implementation as well as supporting leaders in program engagement. Nicholas has also been actively engaged in the IFC North Texas chapter since his relocation to Dallas in 2021 and has served on the ICF-NT DEIB Committee.

Lara Burnside
Lara Burnside has spent the last 25 years creating workplaces that honor and value every person – whether they are a patient, employee or clinician. Her early career in human resources taught her the importance of a people-first mentality throughout organizations. She built HR departments from the ground up – one being recognized as a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, one of the highest national honors.
She honed her skills in healthcare consulting for a dozen years, teaching the value of hiring and training best practices that provide exceptional patient care. By tapping into clients’ passion and purpose, she achieved measurable results in more than 200 hospitals
nationwide. Lara spent a decade of her career as a senior leader in the hospital setting, where she developed, coached and supported patient experience divisions that embrace best-practice tactics proven to engage patients as partners in their care. With a focus on the physician/clinician engagement, she has helped organizations reduce burnout and increase a sense of community among care teams.
Lara’s love and desire for people to do and be their best motivated her to develop training programs for leaders, employees and clinicians. Program results have brought engagement scores to the highest levels nationally. The Patient Experience Mastery Program for physicians achieved profound results – improving every question on the patient experience survey by 6.5% top box points. Lara has a strong desire to give back to organizations and those providing care. Her expertise in valuing all people is where her heart and passion have always been.

Robin Fox, ACC, CCC
After 25 years in leadership roles, a cross-country move from New York to Texas in the midst of the pandemic left me feeling completely lost and stuck. Despite a wealth of experience in corporate leadership and ministry, I struggled to find my footing in this new chapter, especially with my entire family 800 miles away. I tried various solutions, but nothing seemed to truly address the feeling of being lost until I discovered coaching while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree. That experience ignited a passion within me to help others unlock their own potential and achieve the things they never thought possible.
Today, I’m dedicated to empowering individuals to discover their hidden gifts, break free from limiting beliefs, and live authentically and with purpose. I’m known for being warm, approachable, and encouraging, with a genuine desire to see people thrive. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and three dogs in the Texas sunshine exploring the state, and traveling to visit my other two daughters and grandbabies. One day, I dream of traveling all over the world.
