Erika Shea is an ICF ACC-certified coach, facilitator, and systems thinker who helps working professionals who are carrying too much get other people to step up before they end up feeling like the bad guy. Erika brings a grounded, conversational style to her coaching, and she creates spaces where people feel supported and understood.
Her background in
cross functional leadership, change management, and workshop facilitation shapes the way she blends practical tools with real empathy. She helps clients build boundaries that feel good instead of guilty and shift long standing patterns of over functioning.
Erika serves as the Membership Director for a nonprofit organization and leads a coaching practice centered on helping professionals lead without burning out. Sustainability and self reflection are at the heart of her work, and she believes resilience grows when we stop muscling through and start paying attention to what we need.
