Voices of Belonging: Listening Beyond Words

Join us on June 18 for our first DEIB Lunch and Learn session to deepen your ability to create coaching spaces where diverse voices are genuinely heard, valued, and affirmed. This session will include a 45-minute interactive presentation and a 15-minute facilitated dialogue. Attendees will:

1. Strengthen identity aware listening skills.
2. Recognize subtle invalidation patterns in coaching conversations.
3. Apply listening techniques that elevate marginalized and emerging voices.
