DEIB Lunch and Learn Webinar Series
Welcome to our Lunch and Learn series focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Together, we’ll explore practical ways to build a more inclusive culture where every voice feels valued and empowered.
Each session will be a 60-minute interactive Lunch 'N Learn, featuring a 45-minute presentation by a guest speaker followed by a Q&A segment. We aim to create an engaging platform where insights and experiences can be shared, ultimately elevating our leadership and coaching practices through the lens of DEIB.

Creating Fairness: Strategies for Equitable Growth
by Dr. Tim Kincaid
This session addresses the strategic importance of equity in leadership. We will delve into practical approaches to ensure fair opportunities and support within organizations, helping leaders identify and dismantle systemic barriers that hinder success.
Dr. Tim Kincaid is an executive coach, life/career planning coach, and consultant specializing in strategic communications, change management and leadership development. Tim teaches at the University of North Texas business school. He helps leaders and organizations to be more focused, effective, and successful. In addition to working with individual coaching clients, Tim is on the executive coach roster for a number of coaching providers and universities, coaching leaders at all levels of organizations. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is certified in key personality assessments used in executive coaching. He brings more than 25 years of corporate experience to his practice, including 16 years in corporate communications with American Airlines, where he was instrumental in establishment of the airline’s industry-leading DEI initiative. Tim holds a doctorate in Human and Organization Development and an MBA. Tim served as president of ICF-North Texas chapter, as well as president of the international Gay Coaches Alliance (GCA).
