Pop Up Connection Circles

Based on your feedback, we are launching informal gatherings in smaller spaces—micro-communities. These pop-ups are a great way to connect, learn, support, and have fun with fellow ICF-North Texas coaches.

If you're interested in starting your own Connection Circle, reach out to Dara Rossi at president@icf-nt.com to get started. We’re getting smaller to grow together!

Your style is nice to know. Your actions you can do something about. Learn how you show up with action360™ assessment. Elegant in its simplicity and unmistakable in its purpose, action360™ delivers the essential feedback leaders need to identify their inherent catalytic capabilities, discover their greatest opportunities for growth, and build a plan for ACTION. ICF Coaches can become certified in action360™ through the online training and a debrief of their own action360™ with a certified Catalytic Coach. Executive and leadership coaching is one of the fastest-growing fields with increasing demands at all levels in organizations. SMU's 9-hour concentration (over 120 clock hours) in Executive and Leadership Coaching can be taken as a stand-alone set of courses that provides students with a comprehensive, classroom-based learning experience that gradually builds on skills and knowledge throughout the course sequence. The coursework provides students with the theoretical grounding and applied practice needed to enter the field of executive coaching as a contractor or internal practitioner. Visit SMU online to discover the distinctive features that set them apart.

We Value Our Volunteers

Our award-winning chapter is successful and works so well because of our volunteers. Volunteering increases the value of ICF membership in so many ways. Sharing your time and talents as a volunteer helps us expand the impact of professional coaching throughout North Texas and beyond. Volunteers benefit, too. Volunteering can help you build your network and grow your coaching practice. Serving on a committee is a great way (for new members, especially) to get involved and meet other professional coaches who are potential collaboration partners, allies, source of referrals, and friendship.
