ICF-North Texas and SMU's ICW Event: A Resounding Success!

On May 15, ICF North Texas and Chapter Sponsor SMU celebrated International Coaching Week with a powerful event on emotional intelligence and wellbeing in education.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: EQ & Wellbeing for Educational Leaders brought together over 90 participants for a compelling panel discussion on how coaching fosters resilience, clarity and growth.

One quote captured the heart of the conversation: “The reality is coaching is a very deep, very meaningful, very important form of professional development.”

Thank you to our moderator, panelists and the SMU team for making this event such a success and for powerfully showcasing the transformative impact of coaching in education.

Thank you to SMU, Dr. Kate Montgomery and Dean Stephanie Knight (pictured) for your partnership and support.

Grateful for our incredible panelists (left to right) Dr Sabrina Townsend (moderator), Cheryl Close, MCC, Dr Dara Rossi, PCC, Adam Flores, and Dr Jennifer Parvin, PCC. Thank you for sharing your insights, wisdom, and heart for leadership and coaching.
