All Texas Retreat and Conference 2025 Was Biggest Yet!

The 2025 All Texas Retreat and Conference, held March 20–23 at Camp Allen in Navasota, was the biggest yet—drawing over 150 coaches from across Texas and beyond. Among them were more than two dozen ICF-North Texas (ICF-NT) members who enjoyed three days of dynamic learning, CCEU opportunities, meaningful networking, and some well-deserved relaxation in the Piney Woods.

The annual event is hosted by the Texas Coaches Coalition (TCC), a collaborative effort among the four ICF chapters in Texas. ICF-NT’s own Mina Brown served as President of the 2025 TCC Board. Additional ICF-NT members on the 2025 TCC Board are Susan Daniel, Ginnie Plauche, Wendy Lee, Marie Raines, and Tim Kincaid.

Three ICF-NT members received special honors for their outstanding contributions to the TCC:
  • CurVie Burton, TCC founding member and first-ever TCC President, was recognized as President Emeritus.
  • Cheryl Close also received President Emeritus honors for her leadership and years of dedicated service.
  • Steve Coxsey was celebrated for his exceptional work as TCC Treasurer, Board Member, and founding member.
Mark your calendars: The 2026 All Texas Retreat and Conference will take place March 5–8 at the Omni Las Colinas—much closer to home!
  • Super Early Bird registration is $499 through midnight, April 7.
  • Early Bird registration is $599 through December 15.

We Value Our Volunteers

Our award-winning chapter is successful and works so well because of our volunteers. Volunteering increases the value of ICF membership in so many ways. Sharing your time and talents as a volunteer helps us expand the impact of professional coaching throughout North Texas and beyond. Volunteers benefit, too. Volunteering can help you build your network and grow your coaching practice. Serving on a committee is a great way (for new members, especially) to get involved and meet other professional coaches who are potential collaboration partners, allies, source of referrals, and friendships.
