The evening’s theme is “Connection & Community,” and will be a social gathering to make and deepen connections, and build community. There will be plenty of time for casual conversation (aka “networking”), punctuated by a short interactive “Coach-a-Coach” exercise. Tim will facilitate two short rounds of peer “laser” coaching, giving each the opportunity to serve as both the coach and the coachee. A short debrief will follow, to gather insights on coaching another coach, and also the value of peer coaching. What to bring: A topic on which you would like some laser coaching, a willingness to be coached, and a willingness to coach a coach
