Biography of Laurel Rolls:
Laurel is the Founder and President of Laurel Rolls & Associates, a Business, Professional and Executive Coaching firm dedicated to Inspire Possibilities...NOW!TM Possibilities exist all around us…possibilities for our lives and possibilities for our businesses and careers. Through coaching and using many techniques (NLP, assessments, cognitive behavior, strategic questioning, positive psychology and many others), Laurel is able to guide her clients through awareness of Limiting Beliefs, Behaviors, Blocks and Barriers (The 4 B’sTM) – the landmines keeping them from success and happiness – and eliminate them.
Laurel is an accomplished speaker, facilitator, trainer and coach on these and various other topics. She comes to coaching after a full career in Fortune 200 Executive positions, as a Partner with Deloitte & Touche and as a Vice President with an innovative consulting firm. Her early career specialized in information systems and transitioned to the business side of the corporation, specializing in turnarounds, sales and marketing, strategy development and business management. With an innovative consulting firm she participated on research teams developing best practices and implementing them with her clients.
As a coach, Laurel is known to be creative and insightful with a strong ability to see and hear what others don’t. Her approach to coaching is to inspire her clients to discover their own possibilities within themselves. Her strong intuitive sense serves to support her clients in finding the puzzle pieces and fit them together to create their fabric of possibilities.
Laurel is an active member of ICF and participates with the North Texas Chapter. Laurel is a Certified CORE Map Facilitator, Certified NLP Practitioner, Academy of Integrative Research Accredited Trainer of NLP Practitioners and The Power of TED Practitioner . She graduated from the University of Texas Dallas Graduate School of Management Professional and Executive Coaching Program. Her undergraduate program is from Miami University (Ohio) in Systems Analysis. Laurel has served as a volunteer and on the board of several not-for-profit organizations.
